After a long and tiring day a quick one pot meal that you throw in the oven does just the trick. This time with a honey and mustard base, the chicken and potatoes dish is mixed with a creamy sauce of garlic and mustard topped with a squirt of honey was a great new variant. Lavender honey from the region gives this dish a provençal twist. Served with blanched spinach, this cosy comfort food treat hits the spot whilst taking only 10 mins prep. One to try on a lazy weeknight.
